How many minutes in the microwave does it take to heat the products?
- Because everyone's microwave is different, heating times vary. Furthermore, each product varies in length of time to heat - ranging from 30 seconds to three minutes. Therasan recommends heating the products in 30 second increments to avoid overheating. Please see our How to Use web page for detailed instructions.
How long does the heat last?
- Coupled with Therasan's unique mix and specialized cover, the soothing moist heat will last anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour, depending upon the product being used. Due to their larger size and weight, the TheraWrap products hold heat longer.

How much is shipping?
- Shipping costs are calculated based upon the total amount of your order. The greater the order, the lower the percentage of shipping. All shipping costs are calculated and clearly indicated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my products?
- 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon where you live.

- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.
